Welcome to ClickRidee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClickRidee website, mobile applications, and our Drive-to-Own (DTO) services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

ClickRidee Mobility ("ClickRidee", "we", or "us") provides a digital platform that facilitates:

• Ride-hailing and logistics services.
• Drive-to-Own (DTO) program for commercial vehicle acquisition.
• Asset tracking and digital payment integration.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and KYC.

3. The Drive-to-Own (DTO) Agreement

Participation in the DTO program is governed by a separate Master Asset Agreement. These Terms apply to the digital platform used to manage those assets.

• Payments are made through integrated payment partners.
• Vehicle telematics (Toyota, TVS, Geely, etc.) may be used for monitoring and maintenance.
• Tampering with tracking devices is considered a breach of service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Use the service for unlawful activities.
• Manipulate the ride-hailing algorithm or payment systems.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with platform security.

5. Limitation of Liability

ClickRidee is a technology platform. While we facilitate mobility and the DTO process, we are not liable for:

• Independent driver conduct.
• Vehicle accidents or third-party negligence.
• Disputes between passengers and drivers.
• Network interruptions beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Abia State.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and content available on ClickRidee remain the exclusive property of ClickRidee Co. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activities.

9. Changes to These Terms

ClickRidee may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
